What is NudgeMe

NudgeMe is an AI-powered reminder app with personalities. Forward any message or paste text — AI figures out the task and the deadline, schedules reminders. The personality you pick (wife, grandma, drill sergeant, demon, and more) nags you with escalating intensity until you mark the task done.

The app is free for 5 tasks per month with 2 basic personalities. A Pro subscription and individual add-ons remove limits and add features.

Questions about payment

What payment methods do you accept?

Through getnudgeme.com/pro we accept ЮKassa — bank cards (Visa, MasterCard, MIR), SBP, ЮMoney. International cards are processed via Lemon Squeezy (Visa/MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay).

How much does Pro cost?
  • Pro month: 299 ₽ / $2.99
  • Pro year: 3199 ₽ / $29.99 (−10% vs monthly)

The subscription does NOT auto-renew.

What add-ons can I buy?

Add-ons require an active Pro subscription:

  • Hardcore mode: 99 ₽/мес / $0.99/mo
  • Streak save: 49 ₽ / $0.49
  • Custom personality: 299 ₽ / $2.99
  • Premium characters: 299 ₽ / $2.99 (Boss, Coach, Crypto Coach, Ex-GF, Ex-BF)
I paid but didn't get the code — what now?

First check Spam / Promotions folder. If still no code after 10 minutes — email support@getnudgeme.com with subject "Code not received". Include the email used for payment and approximate time. We'll find the transaction and send the code manually.

Where do I enter the activation code?

Open the app → bottom tab "Settings" (⚙) → tap "🎟 Activate code" → enter the code (format NM-XXXX-XXXX) → tap "Apply". Pro/add-ons activate immediately.

It says "code already used"

Each code is one-time use and binds to the first account that activates it. If you're sure you didn't redeem it yourself — email support@getnudgeme.com with subject "Code used by stranger".

Can I gift a subscription?

Yes. Buy a code on the site, enter your own email for delivery. After payment, forward the code to the recipient. They enter it in their own app.

Subscription & cancellation

How do I cancel my subscription?

No cancellation needed — the subscription does NOT auto-renew. You pay once for a month or a year, access ends when it expires. If you don't want to renew, just don't buy a new code.

If you want to end the subscription BEFORE its expiry and get a refund — see the "Refunds" section below.

What happens when my subscription expires?

Free-plan limits return (5 tasks per month, 2 personalities). BUT all previously purchased add-ons remain:

  • Purchased premium characters are yours forever
  • Streak saves stay in your balance
  • Custom personalities and active slots persist
  • Hardcore mode runs until its own expiry

Only NEW purchases require a fresh Pro subscription.

Can my subscription auto-charge me again?

No. We don't store card data for recurring charges. Every purchase is one-time. Buy with confidence — no surprises on your statement.

Difference between month and year besides discount?

Functionally — nothing. Same features, just different duration. Year is 10% cheaper per month.

How to get a refund

How do I request a refund?

Email support@getnudgeme.com with subject "Refund request". Include:

  • Email used to buy the code
  • Approximate purchase date
  • Reason for refund (optional but helpful)

We reply within 24 hours on business days. After confirmation, the refund via ЮKassa arrives on the same card in 3–7 business days.

What are the terms?
  • Within 14 days — refund with no questions asked.
  • After 14 days — case-by-case, if there was a technical failure.
  • Activated yearly Pro: prorated refund for unused months.
  • Consumables (streak saves) cannot be refunded once used.
I paid but didn't get my purchase

If you didn't get the code by email and it didn't show on the return page after payment — that's a technical issue, refund guaranteed. Email support@getnudgeme.com with subject "Payment issue", attach a screenshot of your statement.

Something isn't working

Notifications aren't coming through

iOS: iPhone Settings → Notifications → NudgeMe → make sure they're on. Also check Focus modes — they can block notifications.

Android: Settings → Apps → NudgeMe → Notifications (on), Battery (exclude from optimization).

Telegram: Open @nudgeme_bot and tap /start if you haven't used it for a while — session may have expired.

AI misunderstood my task

Forward the task with more context, or specify the deadline explicitly ("tomorrow by 6pm"). If the error repeats, send an example to support@getnudgeme.com.

App freezes or crashes

1) Restart the app. 2) Check App Store for updates. 3) If it persists — email support@getnudgeme.com with your device model and iOS/Android version.

Is there a Mac/Windows version?

The web version app.getnudgeme.com works in any modern browser — installable as a PWA. No native desktop apps yet.

Account & data

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Settings → scroll to bottom → "Delete account". After requesting, you have 7 days to change your mind (log in and tap "Cancel deletion"). After 7 days, the account and all data are permanently deleted. Alternatively — email support@getnudgeme.com with subject "Delete account", we'll do it manually.

What data do you store?
  • Email — for login and notifications
  • Tasks you created and their statuses
  • Your chosen personality and notification preferences
  • Streak and completion statistics
  • Purchase history (by email — for refunds)

No ads, no trackers, no data sharing with third parties except payment providers (ЮKassa/Lemon Squeezy) and AI provider (Anthropic). Full details in Privacy Policy.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Email support@getnudgeme.com with subject "Data export", include your account email. Within 7 days we'll send a JSON with all your tasks, settings, and purchase history.

I forgot which email I used — what now?

If you can access the Telegram bot @nudgeme_bot — tap /start and the bot will show the linked email. Otherwise — email support@getnudgeme.com with a description (approximate signup time, which character you chose) and we'll help locate your account.
